Velvet Plaid Red Black Buffalo Cotton Short Sleeve Dress

This dress is made out of a comfortable cotton plaid bottom and velvet top.
The top comes with short sleeves and a zipper on the back.
Attached to the waist are two strips of plaid fabric that can be used to tie together into a bow at the back for a comfortable and snug fit.
The plaid skirt has a layer of layer of lining with crinoline attached to give the skirt some fullness.
