An dazzling high-low dress with cascading tulle ruffle tiers carefully hand stitched to perfection for any upscale event, birthday, or wedding!
The sleeveless mini sequin bodice is fully line for comfort.
Zipper can be found under the opened v-back.
Comes with a detachable mini sequin bow to put on the back of the dress.
The high-low skirt is made out of multiple rows of ruffles with four layers of tulle used on each row for a unique and fluffy design.
The ruffles are attached to a layer of lining plus an additional layer of lining with crinoline can be found underneath to give the skirt shape.
