The skirt has a stretchy waistband for a comfortable fit.
The tutu is made out of 3 layers.
Top layer has rose gold glitter over it.
The bottom two layers are regular blush tulle.
Each layer has a sequin bias for some extra shine.

No lining under the tulle skirt.
